What is a credit?
A credit is Alora’s prepaid price unit. You buy packs with money, then spend eligible credits on clearly named plans and actions.
Do the signup credits pay for Workspace or Hosting?
No. New accounts currently receive 12 promotional credits for trying eligible creator actions. Workspace and Hosting require purchased credits.
Do purchased-pack bonuses count?
Yes. Bonus credits delivered as part of a purchased pack are eligible for Workspace and Hosting alongside the purchased base credits.
When does a paid Workspace renew?
Professional and Agency are monthly Workspace plans. Their next monthly period requires the applicable credit balance and a new confirmed purchase.
Will AI spend credits without warning?
The applicable AI action shows a credit quote before confirmation. Measured actions reserve the quote, settle actual usage, and release any unused remainder.
Where are Hosting and export prices?
They are on the Hosting & Export page, where the per-site annual Hosting plans and one-time export licenses can be compared without crowding Workspace pricing.
